Life as a Personal Trainer

Hey everyone, I'm Skyler Suggs a current personal trainer at the YMCA but if that's all I told you I'd be doing you a disservice. I started Personal Training June 30th of 2017 in my basement with my mom my only client, I had no money and no clients. My mom told me that I was good and after a few weeks she really started to get some results! In my head I was thinking wow that actually worked! haha but I was confident in what I was doing it's just that feeling of will I really be able to help people. Whether trainers tell you or not that are nervous that the plan the created won't work like they hope it will and that's what I was experiencing...Success! After I saw that I could really do this I decided this is what I want to do I've always wanted to help People and do something i was good at so that is why I got thats why I started all of this.
But that is enough about me, let's talk about you. Everyone needs exercise but how do you know exactly what exercise is best for you?
